V D Intellisys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is India's first manufacturer of BGA rework stations, COF/ACF bonding machines and laser screen-repair machines. Since 2009 we have grown from a single bench to a full factory empowering 2000+ LCD/TFT service centres across 29 countries — and a trusted supplier to Indian defence.
From importing to manufacturing.
Before VD machines, every BGA rework station, every COF bonder and every laser screen-repair machine in an Indian service centre was imported. We set out to change that — designing and building these machines in India for the first time.
Today our family of 14+ production machines covers laser repair, COF/ACF bonding, BGA rework, AOI, reflow ovens and SMT pick-and-place. Each one is engineered, fabricated, assembled and tested under one roof at our Delhi factory.
We don't just assemble — we build from raw metal: machining, PCB design and assembly, firmware, and PLC/SCADA automation are all done in-house by our own engineers.

VD Intellisys is a leading manufacturer and supplier on Indian defence projects — for the Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO, BEL, BHEL, BDL, HAL and AVNL. We are currently developing thermal sight and drone/UAV systems, and deliver modules, simulators, operator training and technology transfer.
